Most brand problems look like design problems.
A website that isn't converting, a product people don't understand, a logo that feels off. The real issue is usually upstream: the brand hasn't decided what it stands for, who it's for, or why someone should choose it. I work through that first.

Once the positioning is clear, design has a brief.
Colour, type, layout reinforces what the brand stands for or quietly contradicts it. I treat visual language as a direct response to context: what a user needs to feel, how quickly they need to understand, and what the brand has earned the right to say.
